sebenarnye saya dah bosan nengok blog sendri.. tidak berupdate.. few times I actually bukak this page dgn intention nak update.. but usually ade je la bukak other windows as well.. sambil check email la ape la.. last2.. page ni tak jugak berusik.. blog ni tak jugak berupdate.. but this time I have a story to tell..

last few years.. I bought a house.. when I first started working.. that house was still under construction at that time and I finally got the keys in 2004.. since I was still muda remaja.. single and available at that time.. (haha ye ke?) I've decided to rent it out.. my tenant was a young couple with 2 kids.. or maybe 3.. I've never met them since I was in the UK and my dad was the one who's been handling those matters.. ai bukannye pandai pun bab2 nak kasi sewa and stuff ni.. so okay la.. at first they seems quite okay.. until months after that.. they started to miss payment.. up to a point the outstanding rent was for 5 months! my dad plak malas nak bising2 sangat... but he did reminded him about the rent.. until end last year.. I got married and we decided to move in to my house.. sebenarnye nak gak dok umah my parents lama lagi and biar je la orang sewa.. kurang2 ada gak duit sewa.. tapi disebabkan duit sewa pun asyik lambat je.. my dad suggested that kitorang masuk je la umah tu... tak pening2 kepala.. so I said okay..

he's not been paying the rent since dec 2006.. and dia actually ada la bagi deposit 2 months plus 1 month rent for the month yang die start masuk tu.. by right.. the deposit should be returned to the tenant kalo theres nothing yang die buat pada rumah yang needs to be repaired.. tapi takpelah.. considering yang tader ape nak repair.. so duit deposit tu kira untuk 3 bulan la senang (tak paham gak kenapa 3 bulan and bukan 2 bulan).. kalo 3 bulan.. meaning cukup la untuk dec, jan and feb 2007.. so my dad called him late jan and cakap yang kitorang nak pindah masuk.. and kalo boleh die kuar by end feb.. since deposit pun sampai bulan tu je..

pastu bila dah late feb my dad call lagi.. die mintak tangguh pulak sebab wife die baru bersalin early feb.. sian la jugak kan.. so my dad extend la sebulan sampai end march.. tapi he needs to pay the rent la kan.. okay lagi... today dah 30th march.. my dad call die.. number not in service.. my mum call his wife.. tak angkat tepon.. my mum send an sms.. tanya dah pindah ke belum.. rupanya die dah kuar 12th march lagi.. huhuhu.. and he left the keys in the house.. die jugak ada mention "saya rasa saya dah x ada kena mengena tentang rumah puan sebab kontrak saya dah tamat pd 31 januari 2006" wohooo.. i wonder why he stayed til march if he knows that the contract is only up to jan..

apa2 pun.. kitorang pegi la tengok jugak umah tu tadi sebab takut ape2 dah jadi since die tinggalkan gitu je.. and true enough la.. the house keys were on the living room floor.. the gate, the grill and the front door was unlocked! adeh la.. sib baik la tader ape.. maybe orang pun tak realize yang rumah tu actually tak berkunci.. i dunno why they didnt let us know they're moving out.. tak pulak datang umah ke antar kunci.. rasa bersalah kot sebab tak bayar sewa.. tadi masa dah dekat nak balik.. my neighbour baru sampai umah die and we had a chat.. seems like a very nice lady.. die pun actually terkejut sebab my tenant tu kuar ngan agak drastik.. diorang pun tak selalu bersembang.. tak berapa close.. my neighbour tu pun baru je pindah masa puasa tahun lepas.. baru sangat..

takpelah.. kitorang checked the house.. sumer okay.. except ada la bocor bilik air tu yang airnye sipped ke lantai bilik bawah.. other than that.. okay je la.. so sib baik gak la die ni jaga gak umah tu.. so lepas ni ada la sesi2 nak repair umah.. cat umah.. bersihkan umah.. renovate skit ke.. pastu buleh la masuk umah sendri and start mula hidup berdikari... wuhuhuhu.. cemanala agaknye ek..

gonna be really busy lepas ni... huhuhu.. bila la pulak my next update eh.. hehehe
